30 Calendar-Day Refund or Replacement
IIf the employee supplied by HRone is terminated or resigns within the first thirty calendar days of employment, we will replace the same position at no additional charge.
If we are unable to find a replacement, your fee will be refunded.
90 Calendar-Day Free Replacement
If the employee is terminated or resigns beyond 30 and up to 90 calendar days of employment, we will replace the same position at no additional charge.
One Year Replacement Guarantee Program
If the employee is terminated or resigns beyond 90 days and up to one year of the employee’s start date, we will refill the same position at 50% of the original placement fee percentage.
If your original fee was 26%, the replacement fee would be 13% of the replacement employee’s starting compensation. On a placement with a starting salary of $65,000, your savings would be $8,450.
Terms and Conditions
- All placements made through HRone with a fee of $7,000 or greater automatically receive the One Year Guarantee.
- Guarantees do not apply to termination/leaves caused by re-structuring, promotion, parental leaves or lay-offs.
- Payment for each placement must be received within agreed payment terms. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
- Credits are not transferable to other positions, temporary assignments or other divisions.
- If the replacement employee’s compensation exceeds that of the original employee, an adjustment fee may be applicable.
